Full payment is due at time of service. We accept all major credit cards, interact, cash, and etransfer. For virtual appointments, a valid credit card must be kept on file and if you are paying by etransfer, payment must be received 12 hours prior to your appointment, or your appointment will be automatically rescheduled.
Extended Health Insurance
If you are covered by extended health benefits, we are happy to directly bill your insurance. Please provide your insurance information to the front desk staff and we will verify your coverage. Although we accept your insurance as a courtesy, any unpaid balance that remains is your responsibility.
We are contracted with most insurance carriers; however, our services may not be covered by your insurance plan. It is important to contact your insurance company and check into your coverage prior to your appointment.
We are committed to the highest quality of care for all our patients and clients; therefore, we schedule all appointments in advance and make every attempt to confirm two days in advance via email and / or text message. When we schedule your visit, that time belongs to you, and you deserve our undivided attention.
We value our relationship with you and want to be fair. However, we require 48 business hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule and there is a $100 missed appointment fee per patient without prior notification.
Our staff is dedicated personally and professionally, to give you the concern, respect and care that makes our clinic a comfortable place to visit. We ask that you please call or email if you cannot keep your scheduled appointment time.
For purposes of effectiveness, convenience and compliance, patients often choose to purchase nutritional, botanical and homeopathic products directly from the clinic. Products from the dispensary are subject to HST. You are also free to purchase products from the pharmacy or health store of your choice.
Refunds are not accepted for medical services or products purchased.
