Your Responsibilities:
• Provide individual counseling services.

Qualifications:
• Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• Registered member in good standing with the respective regulatory body.
• Valid professional liability insurance.
• 2 to 3 years experience in therapy and counseling private practice.
Additional Skills:
• Expertise in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and grief counseling.
• Experience or familiarity with trauma-informed therapy, family systems theory, addiction counseling, sex therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
Compensation:
• Independent contractor position.
• Percentage split: 65% for the practitioner and 35% for the clinic, with a small monthly administration fee.

Naturopathic Doctor
Rose Health Clinic is excited to welcome a motivated and compassionate Naturopathic Doctor (ND) to our boutique clinic in Scarborough. Our ideal candidate possesses strong motivational counseling skills and a passion for improving the well-being of our patients, particularly in the areas of hormonal health, skin health, children’s health, and the management of chronic diseases such as diabetes, pre-diabetes, heart disease, hypertension, and weight management. Certification in cosmetic acupuncture is an asset.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert naturopathic care to patients with a focus on holistic health and well-being.
- Collaborate with our team of healthcare practitioners and administrative staff.
- Offer virtual consultations in addition to in-clinic sessions.
- Create customized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
- Maintain electronic medical records and ensure accurate documentation.
- Build and manage your patient base while fostering relationships with existing and new clients.
- Maintain professionalism and cultural sensitivity while working with a diverse patient population.
Qualifications:
- Current membership in good standing with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario.
- Possession of valid professional liability insurance.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Naturopathic Doctor.

Medical Esthetician
Rose Health Clinic is a boutique clinic located in south Scarborough. We are seeking a part-time medical esthetician to join our team. Our clinic is committed to providing our clients with the highest quality of care, and we are looking for a skilled and knowledgeable esthetician to help us meet our clients’ needs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide various skin care treatments including facials, peels, microdermabrasion, and microneedling as well as recommend appropriate skin care products to clients.
- Conduct consultations with clients to evaluate their skin care needs and recommend treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate client records, including treatment history and products used.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure excellent customer service and high client satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in skin care techniques and products.
Qualifications:
- Must be a licensed aesthetician with up-to-date errors and omissions insurance
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a medical spa or clinic.
- Comfortable with holistic skin care and using products that contain certified organic botanical ingredients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
- Strong organizational skills, with an ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
