For over 17 years, Dr. Olivia Rose has been a practicing registered naturopathic doctor in clinics within the Greater Toronto Area. She has built a thriving private practice centred around evidence-based and traditional naturopathic medicine, helping hundreds of patients reach their optimal well-being through effective natural health and therapeutics. Her work has led her to be consistently featured in television segments, podcasts and publications, such as Global News, Reader’s Digest, Woman’s World, Livestrong.com and more, reaching thousands of people with her natural health remedies, expertise and wellness advice.

Dr. Rose has been dedicated to helping people create a healthier lifestyle, communicating and treating patients with compassion and an innate wisdom of the body and mind. It’s been a long dream of hers to open a space of her own comprised of like-minded and like-spirited holistic practitioners who truly care for the needs of each member they meet with.

Dr. Olivia Rose, BSc., ND

Naturopathic Doctor, Clinic Director

Dr. Olivia Rose is a naturopathic doctor, writer, and speaker with over 16 years of experience. As the owner of Rose Health Clinic, a multidisciplinary health centre in Toronto, she has built a thriving practice where she collaborates with her colleagues in a holistic, patient-centred environment. Her clinical focus is in digestive and immune health; stress management, infertility; weight management; skin rejuvenation and chronic disease prevention. 

She is registered with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario where she has served as a clinical examiner for new graduates, and she is an active member of her provincial and national naturopathic associations. She is a regular wellness contributor on Global New Morning, as well as many educational podcasts and online publications.

In her down time, Dr. Rose relaxes at the spa and enjoys spending time with her son, husband and tea-cup yorkie, Earl Grey.

Dr. Maille Devlin, ND

Naturopathic Doctor, Operations Manager

Dr. Maille Devlin, ND is a registered Naturopathic Doctor with a clinical focus in: weight loss, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, hormonal issues, stress management and healthy aging. She  considers true health not only the absence of disease, but rather a state where an individual is thriving both physically and mentally.

Dr. Devlin believes that education and preventative medicine are the greatest steps toward wellness and is focused on empowering individuals to take the appropriate steps towards being their own health advocate. She believes that everyday actions are the driving force of lifestyle changes. In her practice Dr. Devlin uses a combination of lab testing, dietary changes, herbal medicine, nutraceutical supplements, acupuncture, and lifestyle counselling to treat patients.

Michelle Fedele, RD

Registered Dietitian

Michelle Fedele is a Registered Dietitian since 2003. Michelle graduated from The Toronto Metropolitan University with a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition, and she completed her dietetic internship at The University Health Network in Toronto. Michelle is currently completing her Master of Science specializing in health care leadership. Over her career Michelle has worked in acute and community care settings, specializing in oncology, surgery, cardiology and gastrointestinal issues. 

Michelle’s clinical interest and expertise centers around the role nutrition holds in disease prevention and cancer survivorship. In addition, Michelle is a plant-based dietitian and is the co-founder of Plant-Based Canada, where she provides education to the public, health care professionals and students on the benefits of plant-based eating. Michelle’s teaching philosophy is to meet you where you are at and to help you reach your nutrition goals. 

Michelle is registered with the College of Dietitians of Ontario, Dietitians of Canada and is a member of The Canadian College of Health Leaders. Michelle also sits on several provincial oncology committees with Ontario Health and has been a guest lecturer at the University of Toronto and McMaster University. 

In her down time, Michelle loves to be active with her family and her adorable mini goldendoodle, Luna.

Noura Sheikhalzoor, MSc, RD, CDE

Registered Dietitian, Certified Diabetes Educator

Noura Sheikhalzoor, MSc, RD, CDE is a food-loving passionate Registered Dietitian and a Certified Diabetes Educator. She has been a dietitian for more than ten years. Noura has worked in a variety of settings helping individuals and groups in the areas of nutrition education, nutrition adequacy, diabetes and blood sugar management at different stages, dyslipidemia, blood pressure, inflammation, kidney health, hypothyroidism, PCOS, fertility, pregnancy, and women’s health (healthy hormones and period to menopause).

Noura understands the complexity and interconnectivity of health, food, social, and psychological factors (and beyond) that impact our day-to-day life. She believes in realistic practical actions to improve health. She also knows for a fact that food is to be savoured and enjoyed as one of life’s pleasures.

Scientific and cultural curiosity drive Noura and the sparkle in her client’s eyes warms her heart. She has helped hundreds of clients learn, understand, make easy changes, and see results in their energy levels, blood sugar, cholesterol, triglycerides, inflammation markers, and more.

Noura is a wife, a busy mother of 2 little kids, a reader, indoor plant lover, and loves to cook fast nutritious meals for her family that even her picky eating kids would try.

Kassandra (Kassy) Coates, M.A., RP (Qualifying)

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Kassy is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with more than ten years of working with youth and adults in many different settings, including group homes, social housing, employment services, schools, and mental health clinics. She holds a Community and Justice Service Worker Diploma from Loyalist College, a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Criminal Justice with a specialization in Youth, Crime and Justice and Forensic Psychology from Ontario Tech University and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University.
 

Using previous work experiences teaching swim lessons to first aid-in schools and trauma-informed programs, Kassy takes a client-centred integrative approach to ensure the best fit for each client. Some modalities and elements used include CBT, IFS, Solution Focused, and DBT.

Kassy believes everyone has experienced trauma at some point, so creating a space where clients feel safe and can be vulnerable to exploring their experiences is very important to the process. Establishing this safety and stabilization in the present allows clients to do the deeper trauma processing.

Max Arambulo, RP (Qualifying)

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Max is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and is a member of the Canadian Association of Spiritual Care. Max obtained his Master of Pastoral Studies and his Certificate in Spiritual Care and Psychotherapy from Emmanuel College at the University of Toronto. Throughout the pandemic, Max provided Spiritual Care, psychotherapy, and grief counselling to patients and their families at North York General Hospital.

Narrative, Person-Centered, Somatic, and Existential Therapies, among others, inform his personal practice model. His approach is relational, trauma-informed, and anti-racist. He is passionate about supporting healing from experiences such as racial trauma, workplace trauma, uncoupling, loss of meaning, family dysfunction, and bereavement.

He strives to provide a space where clients can express their true selves, where they feel safe in both support and challenge, and where his curiosity and understanding help them to feel what they need to feel, knowing they will be heard and cared for.

Max finds similar spaces in his own life at home with his partner and with his cat, Rihanna, in his martial arts practice which he has maintained for over 20 years, and in his daily writing and drawing practice which he learned from his teacher Lynda Barry.

Mark Jarratt, RP (Qualifying)

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Mark has had a wide array of experiences and  understands that life has its highs and lows. Whether you are experiencing a high or a low- Mark believes that therapy can be of service to all, no matter what one is experiencing. Mark holds a Masters degree  in Counselling Psychology through Yorkville University and is a Registered Psychotherapist  (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). Mark has worked with issues such as: anxiety disorders, depression, borderline personality disorder,  trauma, communication, anger, and many more. Mark has worked with people from all walks of life using a client-centred  holistic approach, choosing modalities that best suit the individual.
 
Mark’s goal is to work collaboratively with you to help you recognize your strengths, empower you to use your available resources, and provide tools to help you manage what is going on in your life. During your individual sessions, you can expect a nonjudgmental, compassionate, and hopeful environment with insightful and periodically humorous perspectives. 
 
Mark has a passion for sports, travelling, mental and physical health, and music. In his downtime, you can find Mark working out, playing tennis, strumming the guitar, reading, or cooking.

Candice Francois

Registered Massage Therapist

Candice Francois is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from Bryan College School Of Applied Science in 2015. Her goal is to see the well-being of her clients improved through massage therapy and the home care recommendations that she provides.

Candice enjoys treating the lower back area and shoulders since they are the most problematic areas in a person. She creates a relaxing and healing environment during her treatment sessions to ensure that her clients feel comfortable in her hands.

Alicia Morgan

Registered Massage Therapist

Alicia Morgan is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from Bryan College School of Applied Science in 2013. Alicia combines Swedish massage techniques, deep tissue therapy, whole body stretching and joint mobilizations into her treatments. Hydrotherapy, including the use of hot towels to loosen tense muscles and to provide a sense of warmth and comfort is also utilized. The essential oil of peppermint may be added to scalp massage if the client chooses to help relieve stress and tension. Spiritual growth, mindfulness and healing are all important facets of the care she provides to her clients as she focusses on the whole being of the individual. Alicia works together with her clients, as a team, to first understand your concerns and then to create an effective treatment plan to encourage positive change and symptomatic relief.

Lorna Renooy

Registered Massage Therapist

Lorna is currently on leave until the fall, 2023.

Lorna Renooy is a Registered Massage Therapist and a graduate of Sutherland-Chan School and Teaching Clinic (2012). What she loves most about her work as an RMT is enhancing people’s overall emotional and physical well-being.

Lorna has a particular interest in the therapeutic benefits of back, shoulder, neck and head massage. She has a sensitive and caring approach and communicates closely with every patient in order to understand what works best.

Shania Jasani

Medical Esthetician

Shania graduated with honours from the International Beauty Institute’s Advanced Skin Care Specialist program. Shania’s passion for skin care stemmed from her childhood. Her mother, who is also an esthetician, would do facials for her clients who had various skin types. Watching her mom help her clients feel more confident about their skin was really rewarding. As Shania grew up, she endured her own struggles with her skin, and her mother was right by her side to help her. After noticing the difference a facial can have, Shania grasped what her mother’s clients have felt over the years. Working along side her mother, Shania continues to indulge herself in various skin treatments, techniques, and modalities. Joining Rose Health Clinic, Shania strives to help her clients reach their skin care goal through a holistic, natural approach.

Liberty Morra

Liberty Morra graduated from the Elite College of Business and Healthcare where she studied Medical Aesthetics. She completed training in skin analysis, facials, eyelash extensions and laser hair removal. One of Liberty’s missions in life is to inspire her clients to put themselves first and to know their worth.  She is the mother of 5 amazing children and a dog mom to her Shi-Poo, Gospel.

Jumana Khanom

Medical Receptionist

Jumana is medical receptionist with 3 years of experience working within clinical settings. A graduate of Centennial College in 2017, Jumana is now furthering her studies in Business. She is skilled in developing clinic workflows, managing patient appointments and health practitioner schedules with ease. With her strong administrative and inventory management skills, she is a welcomed asset to the Rose Health Clinic team. 

In her free time, Jumana loves to read books and cook. Cooking helps her to relax on stressful days.
