What Makes Us Different?

Using modalities such as cognitive behavioral theory, solution focused therapy and motivational interviewing, our counselor assists individuals in moving from where they are, to where they would like to be.
In addition to providing counseling services, she also infuses her expertise as a certified health and wellness coach into the work she does. As a health and wellness coach, Deon helps you identify your barriers to change and supports you through it. She assists you in pushing past your limitations and becoming the healthiest version of yourself.

We assist you by:
Tapping into your strengths
Exploring new ways to handle problems
Becoming “Unstuck”
Reframing your experiences
Managing your time and become organized
Being held accountable
Setting realistic goals and developing a plan to achieve them

If the issue you would like to address is not listed above, we would be happy to speak with you in order to determine whether it falls into the scope of our practice.
