Our resident psychotherapists and social worker at the Rose Health Clinic in Toronto use a variety of evidence-based techniques and therapies, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches to help clients overcome their challenges and achieve their goals. How do I know if I need therapy?

At Rose Health Clinic, we work from a very client-centred approach. If you have any issues and need a safe space to discuss your concerns with a professional, or simply need advice from an outside perspective, we can offer that counsel and support. Everyone needs help. At times, many individuals feel “stuck” or they are trying to change patterns or cyclical behaviours that may be destructive to them, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. 

The Rose Health Clinic has 2 registered psychotherapists and 1 social worker who collectively bring their years of expertise to service the clientele in our Scarborough community and across Ontario, virtually.

Max Arambulo strives to provide a comforting space for his clients so that they can express their true selves and he has a passion in helping clients through grief, workplace and racial trauma. Mark Jarratt, works with his clients collaboratively to help you recognize your strengths. He has experience helping his clients with addictions, anxiety disorders, and ADHD. Jennifer Adjei’s clinical training has allowed her to support clients with severe mental health experiences. With a focus on black mental health, she helps individuals who deal with racism, race-based trauma, addiction, anxiety and depression and more. 

Are Rose Health Clinic’s counseling and therapy services covered by insurance?

Social work services and registered psychotherapy is covered under many health benefits plans. You will be provided a receipt to be reimbursed for this coverage for any social work services and limited direct billing is available for registered psychotherapy services.
