Beverley Tappin has been working in the physical rehabilitation field for the last 8 years.

Initially, she worked as a physiotherapist assistant where she enjoyed working with a diverse set of patients presenting with various mobility issues and pain using modalities such as TENS, traction and laser therapy.

It was at a clinic in Mississauga where Beverley discovered a keen interest in reception and office management. As this clinic did not have a full time receptionist, Beverley simply took on the role. Six years later, she found her calling – greeting and warmly assisting patients, managing practitioner’s schedules and managing the part-time receptionists, all while ensuring smooth daily operations of the front desk.
